 Janus/Connor-Winfield focuses on PCB surface mount technologies and custom manufacturing services. Our highly automated electronic assembly facilities create a uniquely efficient high-tech manufacturing environment designed to meet the needs of our diverse internal requirements as well as those of our customers. We specialize in quick turn prototypes and pilot runs, along with the ability to respond effectively to complex project runs.
 Our manufacturing and distribution facilities are located in Aurora, IL. Our main “Big Diehl” facility houses manufacturing, warehousing, inventory and shipping/receiving. This facility is approximately 100,000 square feet, of which manufacturing occupies approximately 60,000 square feet. Janus and Connor-Winfield has been a manufacturing company since its very beginning and we are extremely proud of our “Made in the USA” designation. so investment is constantly made to upgrade and augment our factory environment. The manufacturing facilities support both mass production lines and flexible, short–run specialty lines.
 Our second facility, the “Comprehensive” building, is also located in Aurora, approximately one mile from Big Diehl. This is where you will find our Sales and Administration people, along with several Engineering groups.
Janus employs only the most qualified personnel in each functional area. All department managers (QA and Manufacturing) have extensive experience in electronics manufacturing environments. Since 1997, we have built an infrastructure of personnel and expertise that supports complicated processes and requirements for all electronic products end customers.
