Embedded Cellular XF Plug-In Modems

The Janus line of XF* embedded cellular Socket Modems, based on the industry standard 20-pin footprint, are specifically designed to provide customers with cost-effective products that are easily integrated into new and existing designs. Their “end device” carrier certification allows users to integrate any cellular XF modem into their application with no further North American carrier certification requirements.  The XF Footprint Socket Modems are available for all 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE networks worldwide.

The HSPA910XF Socket Modem is a PTCRB and Carrier end device certified HSPA+ 3G cellular modemt. End device certification allows users to implement the HSPA910XF in their devices with no further North American carrier certification requirements. 
Incorporating the Telit HE910G quad band module, the GPS enabled Janus HSPA910XF is available for use on AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, Bell, and Telus networks, as well as all other GSM networks worldwide.

LTE910XF CAT1 (4G) v7.00 and v6.00

The AT&T LTE910XF v7.00 XF Socket Modem, based on the industry standard 20-pin connector footprint, is an LTE CAT1 4G cellular modem. They utilize the Telit LE910-NA1 module as their cellular engine. The LTE910XF v7.00 units operate in LTE bands (B13), (B12), (B5), (B4) and (B2), with fallback to HSPA+ networks as needed. End device certification allows users to implement the LTE910XF in their devices with no further North American carrier certification requirements.

The Verizon LTE910XF v6.00 XF Socket Modem is an LTE Category 1 Carrier end device certified 4G cellular modem. They utilize the Telit LE910-SV1 module as their cellular engine. The LTE910XF v6.00 units operate in LTE bands (B13), (B4), and (B2). The LTE910XF CAT-M1 Socket Modems are available in two versions: LTE910XF v10.00 for AT&T and LTE910XF v11.00 for Verizon.

Both versions use the Telit ME910C1 as their cellular engine. The LTE910XF v10.00 units operate in LTE CAT M1 LTE bands B2, B4 and B12. The LTE910XF v11.00 units operate in LTE CAT-M1 bands B4 and B13.

The Janus LTE910XF v8.00 CAT 4 Socket Modems, based on the industry standard 20-pin DIP “X” footprint, are PTCRB and Carrier “end device” certified LTE modems available for all wireless IoT applications. They support North American LTE bands and include fallback capability, minimizing hardware and network access costs. The LTE910XF “end device” carrier certification allows for end application integration with no further North American carrier certification requirements. 

Incorporating the Telit LE910-NA V2 module, the Janus LTE910XF v8.00 is available for use on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Rogers, Bell, and Telus networks. It is pin compatible with the full line of Janus “X” Footprint Socket Modems, available for all 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE networks worldwide.
